Accessibility statement

Last updated: 26 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website comfortably, including people with disabilities. We have made it accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

Standard

The website was built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA. Where possible we follow WCAG 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip straight to the content.

Headings, landmarks and labels are structured so that screen readers can navigate the page. Images have text alternatives.

Text and background colours meet the required contrast ratios, and text can be enlarged without loss of content.

Animations respect your device's "reduce motion" setting. Any background video can be paused and has no sound.

The page language and reading direction are set correctly for both English and Hebrew.

Form fields have clear labels, and error messages explain what needs to be corrected.

An accessibility menu on every page lets you enlarge the text, raise the contrast, switch to greyscale, underline links, use a plainer font, stop animations and highlight the keyboard focus.

Known limitations

Some external services we link to, such as WhatsApp, are operated by third parties and their accessibility is not under our control. If you find any part of this website hard to use, please tell us and we will help and fix it as quickly as we can.

Our office

Our office at 19 King David St, Jerusalem is accessible. Meetings are held by appointment; please tell us in advance if you need any arrangement and we will make it.
